Parent communication is key in anything we do and with the Famly parent communication app we can keep you updated on all aspects of your child's time with us.

Our app allows you to keep in regular contact with your pre-school and receive information about your child's progress and daily activities through direct messaging and push notifications.
Throughout the day staff will take observations of your child through photographs and brief captions of special utterances or noted interests and forward them to you. You in turn may comment on them or just treasure them for future reference as part of their early learning experiences.
Nappy changes, accidents, arrival and leaving times and napping times will be recorded and sent to you for acknowledgement. Likewise you can share anything from home with us, again building up that bond with your child's key person.
You will also receive invoices on the app and updates on key events from the director of the company.
New starters will be allocated a key person who will be the primary contact for you once your child starts with us and will create a triangular partnership between them, you and your child where learning will be shared both within the setting and at home.
During the stay and play session we shall aim to get to know everything we can about your child, from their favourite food to the name of their teddy bear or special comforter. The more we know, the more we can share and support and build that crucial bond.
