How It Works
Our step-by-step process ensures a smooth and supportive start for your child.
1. Get Connected
Following initial contact, parents receive login credentials for the Famly app where concerns can be discussed and questions addressed.
2. Visit & Play
The process includes a visit to your chosen setting and a stay and play session where families meet staff, participate in activities, and explore the environment.
3. Meet Your Key Person
Each new child receives a designated key person who serves as the primary contact, creating a partnership between them, you, and your child.
4. Settling In
Where appropriate, home visits may take place for children with medical needs, additional support requirements, or English language learners.
5. Getting to Know You
During stay and play sessions, staff gather detailed information about each child: dietary preferences, comfort items, and personal interests to build essential bonds.
